Your internet browser's cache stores certain information about webpages you visit, so that they'll load more quickly in the future. Because of this, sometimes you need to clean out your computers stored information so you can complete online forms or listen to streaming and watch videos, (like the ones on our radio station websites!).
Here are instructions on how to clear the cache for all major browsers.
Go to Tools>Clear Recent History. Tick the boxes next to 'Browsing & Download History' and 'Cache,' then select the 'Clear Now' button.
Go to Tools>Delete Browsing History. Tick the boxes next to 'Preserve Favorites website data' and 'Temporary Internet Files,' then select the 'Delete' button.
Click on the wrench icon, usually located at the upper-right corner of the browser, just to the right of the address field. Select Options>Under the Hood. In the 'Privacy' section, click the 'Clear browsing data...' button. Tick the boxes next to 'Clear browsing history' and 'Empty the cache,' then select the 'Clear browsing data' button.
Go to File>Empty Cache and click the 'Empty' button. To clear cookies, go to Edit>Preferences and select the 'Privacy' icon, then select the 'Details…' button to the right of the text “[number] websites stored cookies or other data.” In the next window, scroll to locate abceprep.com. Click on it once to highlight it, then click the 'Remove' button, then the 'Done' button.
