City, state police raid two locations, arrest four in connection with illegal drug trafficking...
Four people have been arrested in two separate drug raids in Jamestown early this morning that targeted the sales and trafficking of heroin and cocaine. City Police Captain Robert Samuelson says the first raid took place about 6:15 a.m. at 14 West Ninth St., where three warrants were served on three apartments. Samuelson says officers arrested 31 year-old Wilfredo Hernandez, Junior... 21 year-old Carl Tufino... and, 20 year-old Ashlyann Lopez. He says JPD Swat Team and State Police C-NET Team members also seized a quantity of heroin... crack cocaine... marijuana... drug paraphernalia and cash. Samuelson says the fourth search warrant was served at 616 Lafayette Street... where they arrested 22 year-old Bryan Willis of Dunkirk. There... they found a loaded, 32-calibur semi-automatic pistol. Willis... a parolee... was charged with Felony second-degree degree criminal possession of a weapon. All four suspects have been jailed pending arraignment... and, additional charges are pending.
